RETURNS POLICY

REFUND

  1. Refund is available on full priced items. You must post the item/s back within 14 days of having received your order. Items posted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition upon which they were received. They must not be used, damaged or altered in any way.
  3. All packaging including, but not limited to, boxes, dust bags and tags must be returned in their original state.
  4. When JSPOKE has received your return, it will be inspected before a refund is issued. JSPOKE reserves the right to return the item/s to sender if above mentioned is not complied with.
  5. Please allow up to seven business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by JSPOKE. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account from which original payment was made.

    *Please note: If there is an issue with your original form of payment, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return via returns@JSPOKE.com, to arrange an alternative refund arrangement. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to JSPOKE not being notified is out of our control and JSPOKE will not be held accountable.
  6. Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable for both domestic and international customers.
  7. We recommend returning items through trackable mail, as JSPOKE cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. JSPOKE will not issue a refund on item/s that are lost in transit.

EXCHANGE

JSPOKE does not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to change your item, please refer to our Refund Policy to create a return and place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you’ve been shipped the incorrect order or the item is faulty, please email us at returns@JSPOKE.com, and we will help you fix the issue. If we are sold out of the item you would like, we can offer you a refund and we will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package. Please ensure all guidelines in the Returns Policy are adhered to.
