DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over AUD $99 (in one transaction).
Orders less than AUD $99 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $30.

Customers are responsible for their countries taxes and import duties.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post. Usual transit time is 7-15 business days once the order is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are posted via DHL. 

3-6 weeks to USA, UK, New Zealand
3-8 weeks to most other countries

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note JSPOKE does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. JSPOKE will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. JSPOKE is not responsible if the destination country’s postal authority doesn’t inform of items awaiting payment/s. JSPOKE will not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
